Last Chance - Cupcakes and Carousels

Here are a couple of quick cards made using some products that will be gone after 31st May - the Cupcakes and Carousels Suite.  This set is fairly new to my collection, and I haven't really had much chance to play with it until now.  I was inspired to use it as I went to a local food and drink festival yesterday, and there was a fun fair with a carousel there!

I have seen lots of fab projects featuring the stamps and dies on blogs and Pinterest, but I decided to go with creating versions of the cards in the annual catalogue - it's a great resource for project ideas when your crafty mojo has gone into hiding, or you just have too many ideas and you can't decide what to do!

Last Chance - All God's Grace

On June 1st the new Stampin' Up! catalogue goes live and you'll be able to get your hands on a ton of gorgeous new goodies.  But for the next few days you can still get hold of some of the items that are retiring to make way for all of that new goodness - so if you want to see which items we are losing and make sure you get yours, pop on over to my online shop.

Today's card features the stamp set All God's Grace which I think is a really lovely set, with the cross which I have used on this card, and words and phrases in a very pretty font.  Unfortunately for me, the one word the set doesn't have is communion, so I printed the text on the card.   I've also used an older set called Beautiful Banners and some ribbon from stash, which shows you can mix and match all that lovely crafty stash you have!

Sneak Peek #2 - Delightful Daisy

Time for another sneak peek of some of the products in the Delightful Daisy Suite coming 1st June. There are 12 designs in the paper collection - 6 different papers each double sided and you get two of each - and I really am rather taken by this navy blue design with the daisies on it.  Generally yellow is not a colour I pick to use, but this combination of navy, yellow and white just works so well as its fresh and sunny!

Eastern Palace Suite #1

Well I thought it was about time I started to share with you some ideas for the Eastern Palace Suite selection of goodies.  I wanted to make something very simple and clean so chose to use the new Very Vanilla thick cardstock (that comes as a free gift in the Premier Bundle that you can order until the end of May), the stickers, stamp set, tassels and dies, and teamed it up with some gold card and embossing powder.

The stickers are gold on a clear background and are super sticky, so you need to make sure you know where you want to put them as they don't budge once stuck.  Ask me how I know... but I think you will agree they do look great!
