Floral Friday with Swirly Bird

Hello again!  Today's floral card uses the new Swirly Bird stamps and co-ordinating dies - I am sure these will fast become favourites from the new catalogue!

This is my version of a card in the new catalogue - I have made mine landscape rather than portrait, changed the sentiment and a few other bits.  The background images are "stamped off" to make them lighter versions of the ink to match the card as I thought that would look pretty.

Stampin' Up! Materials Used:
Stamp Sets - Swirly Bird, Cottage Greetings
Ink Pads - Peekaboo Peach, Flirty Flamingo, Watermelon Wonder, So Saffron, Old Olive
Card - Peekaboo Peach, Flirty Flamingo, Watermelon Wonder, Whisper White thick card
Dies - Swirly Scribbles, Banners
Other - Stampin' Dimensionals, Fine tip glue

1 Stamp Set 5 Ways - Watercolor Wings

Hi!  Welcome to the 1 Stamp Set 5 Ways for June!  I have used the gorgeous Watercolor Wings stamp set that I absolutely love, along with two of the new 2016-18 In Colors - Flirty Flamingo and Peekaboo Peach!

I love the combination of these two new colours with Soft Suede, and I also adore the Watercolor Wings stamp set, so this seemed an obvious combination!

I will list all of the items used at the end of this post, as although these cards are all centered on the Watercolor Wings set, I did sneak in a few sentiments from some other stamps! :-)

So my first card above I love!  I stamped onto watercolour card with the butterfly images, some images on wet card, some on dry, to get this fabulous effect - I love it and hope you do too!

Having made the first card I was into a bit of a "watercolour roll"...

 Oh and another one...

But then I went back to simple stamping, and made a couple of cards similar to some I have made before.

I am adding this to the following:
Through The Craft Room Door - Anything Goes 31/05 - 06/06

Stampin' Up! Materials Used:
Stamp Sets - Watercolor Wings, Build A Birthday, Endless Thanks
Ink Pads - Peekaboo Peach, Flirty Flamingo, Soft Suede
Card - Whisper White, Whisper White thick card, Watercolor card, Peekaboo Peach, Flirty Flamingo, vellum
Dies - Bold Butterfly framelits, Butterflies thinlits
Other - Fine tip glue, Stampin' Dimensionals, Stampin' Spritzer, Aquapainters
