Eastern Palace Bundles - Last Chance!

Can you believe that May is almost over!?  That means the Eastern Palace Suite bundles are almost gone!  You have until 10:50 pm GMT today, May 31st, to purchase these products from the new annual catalogue in these two exclusive bundles including some free new Very Vanilla goodies!

Last Chance - Birthday Blast

As you probably know, the new Stampin' Up! catalogue will be available from the 1st June, but for the last few days in May I thought I would take the opportunity to remind you of some of the sets that will be retiring on May 31st - so make sure you pop on over to my online shop to grab yours while you can!

I have to admit I am a bit gutted that the Birthday Blast stamps and dies are retiring, as they make fun bright cards for kids - so I will definitely be using this set in the future for cards and scrapbook pages!

Last Chance - Love and Affection

Today I thought I would share a card I made based on my swaps for the Stampin' Up! convention in Amsterdam that I went to back in April.  For my swap it was just a white card, but I decided to take that same card front and add it to a coloured card blank.

Most of the stamping is "stamped off" or "second generation stamping", where you stamp onto a piece of scrap paper, then without re-inking stamp the image onto your card.  This made all of the images much softer than if I had used the inks first time round. I think the effect of the softer paler images is quite pretty.

The stamp sets I used are both retiring, so pop on over to my online store and get yours while you can!
